We currently only ship to the uk. We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, in busy periods this may take longer, please allow up to seven days for your order to be delivered. Customised products may take slightly longer as these are made to customers specific orders. We currently use royal mail for orders under 1kg, and for anything over this we use MyHermes which is our preferred courier service. Please make sure we have your correct postal address before placing an order. Un-delivered items- please notify us if your item is not received within seven to ten days as all un-delivered items must be reported to the courier.
