Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to the England, Scotland, Wales and Northern ireland more countries to be added soon.
Our aim is to process your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, in busy periods processing may take longer,Customised products may take slightly longer as these are made to customer's specification.

Undelivered Items- Please notify us if you haven't received your order within 7 to 10 days as all undelivered items must be reported to the courier.

Free Standard delivery- We use MyHermes for our Standard delivery service which normally takes 3-5 working days. For our express service we use HDNL which normally delivers within one working day.

Timing you order: We always advise you to place your order a week or so before you are due to run out, this way you will always have your chosen supplements available. As active gym users ourselves we know how important it is to have a consistant intake of sports supplementation.

Courier options:

HERMES: Has 30 years experience in delivering residential customers in the UK,you can track your order at www.hermes-europe.co.uk.

BENEFITS:

Your order will be delivered within 2-5 days of dispatch from our facility.

A tracking code will be supplied with your shipping confirmation email, as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment at www.hermes-europe.co.uk.

A calling card will be left for each attempted delivery with the drivers contact details to arrange another delivery attempt,where possible suits you.At this point you can arrange the parcel to be left with a specific neighbour or a safe place.

When you place your order, you can request that is left with an unspecified neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

Three attempted deliveries will be made before returning the parcel to Proteins4u.

Attempted deliveries can also take place on Saturdays.

Your delivery will be fully insured against any loss or damage.

DRAWBACKS:

No delivery time specified.

Your delivery cannot be collected from your local post office, or a Hermes depot.

After Three attempted deliveries your shipment will be returned to Proteins4u and a redelivery charge will be applied.

An express delivery service is not available.

HDNL: Is the UK largest dedicated delivery and collection service, delivering 300,000 parcels per day.

BENEFITS:

Delivers within 2 working days once dispatched from our facility.

A fully trackable service.

Your parcel is fully insured against loss or damage.

A signed for service.

DRAWBACKS:

A delivery time is not specified.

Saturdays are non-delivery days.

Please make sure your postal address is correct before placing an order.

All returns to be authorised by one of our team at which time you will be issued with a returns number, no refunds will be made on opened/used products.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the product not the return shipping costs.

Cost of return to be met by the purchaser.

Any issues with your order must be reported in writing to us within 2 days of receiving your item.
